The years before

For 7 years I managed diabetes. For 16 years I managed hypertension. Every morning began with medication. Every doctor’s visit confirmed the same verdict — manage it, do not expect to reverse it. I was told this was my life now.

The Decision

In 2023 I made a decision that changed everything. I would give my body 120 days of complete discipline — proper nutrition, daily movement, fasting, and a morning routine anchored by Fajr prayer and Quran recitation. No shortcuts. No excuses. Full commitment.


The 120 Days

Every day for 120 days I followed the same protocol. I woke before sunrise. I prayed. I ate with intention. I moved my body. I slept at the right time. I removed everything from my life that was working against my health. It was not easy. But it was simple. And simple, done consistently, produces miracles.


The Result

After 120 days my doctor reviewed my results. Both conditions — diabetes and hypertension — had reversed. He was surprised. I was not. I had followed the system exactly. I wrote everything down. That became the book — The 120-Day Miracle./

What you are about to read is not a claim. It is a documented medical result from a real person — me. These are my actual blood test results from Arrazi Clinics, Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia, dated 04 April 2026.

My Medical Results — April 2026

On 04 April 2026, I went for a routine blood test at Arrazi Clinics Medical Complex in Al-Jubail. The results confirmed what I already knew from how I feel every day:

Random Blood Sugar: 106 mg/dL — NORMAL (target: below 150)

Creatinine (Kidney Function): 0.7 mg/dL — NORMAL (target: 0.66–1.25)

Triglycerides: 154 mg/dL — Improving (target: below 150)

Cholesterol Total: 210 mg/dL — Borderline (working toward below 200)

No medication for blood sugar. No medication for cholesterol. No medication for triglycerides. Not since 11 February 2024 — over two years ago.

This Is Me — Age 54

The photograph above was taken in 2025. I am 54 years old. I work full time as a systems integration engineer in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. I wake at 4 AM every day. I fast for 14 hours. I walk after every meal. I sleep by 9:30 PM.

I have not taken medication for blood sugar, cholesterol, or triglycerides since 11 February 2024. My doctor monitors my results. The numbers speak for themselves.

I am not a special case. I am not genetically gifted. I was overweight, exhausted, and heading toward a lifetime of medication in 2024. The only thing I changed was my daily habits.
